Restaurant Restaurante Bouquet: Situated on the 1st floor, the elegant, yet casual restaurant is open from Monday to Friday between 13:00 - 16:00 for lunch. Guests can choose from a wide range of dishes as well as an impressive selection of International wines. Evo Restaurant: Run by a world acclaimed Chef and awarded with a Michelin star. Bar Bouquet Bar: The bar provides an intimate and warm environment for the occasional drink. Axis Bar: Situated in the lobby, the Axis offers snacks and drinks throughout the day. It also offers a set menu for Lunch Mondays to Fridays, and for Lunch and Dinner on Sundays and Public Holidays.
